This Privacy Policy covers how AsiaCollect Holdings Pte. What data we collect
We collect your name and contact information as well as other information you have submitted to your financial institution at the time of the loan application. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, birthdate, Tax-ID, passport number and your employer’s name, etc.
Why we collect your data
We provide financial institutions with the tools to maximize efficiency of consumer Non-Performing Loan management at all stages of delinquency. In line with global best practice, we view our services as a sophisticated and highly specialized contact center business, with strong operational control, state-of-the-art technology, and application of advanced technics to achieve optimal outcomes for both debtors and borrowers. By entering this customer portal, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless the specific product states otherwise, all FlowTech products and services are included under this Privacy Policy.
How we collect your data
We collect your data from your financial institution that you have submitted at the time of the loan application as well as other information that you submit when you complete contact or request forms, request assistance from our customer support team or request any other action from us at our web-site www.flow-tech.ai and consent to us obtaining your personal data. We will not and cannot extract your personal data without your consent (including the one you have provided to your financial institution.
How we use your data
We strongly believe in both minimizing the data we collect and limiting its use and purpose to only that for which we have been given permission, as we might be required or permitted for legal compliance or other lawful purposes:
- Delivering, improving, updating and enhancing our products or services (providing you information on our products or services, conducting contests or surveys, performing analysis of our products or services).
- We may also contact you with offers for additional services we think you’ll find valuable if you give us consent, or where allowed based upon legitimate interests.
- Communicating with you, such as by way of email or survey delivery.

How long we keep your data
To implement and improve the functionality of our website and for delivering, improving, updating and enhancing our products or services, we will keep your data for up to three 3 years unless you request us to delete your data at an earlier date.

In particular: we abide by this Privacy Policy at all times with respect to all data that we collect from you; we limit the use and disclosure of your data, and work to ensure that anyone with whom we share such information treats that information with the privacy and security it deserves; and we have put in place industry-accepted physical, technical and administrative practices to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

How we change this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will indicate the date the Privacy Policy was most recently updated. If there have been significant changes, we will highlight any such changes and will attempt to directly alert you when possible. We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
